Best Service
When searching for a storage unit I contacted several companies but they were way too expensive for the size of unit I needed. I even had a company lie to me about the size and price of a until they had available JUST to get me to come down to their site figuring I'd have everything already packed into my car and would just settle with the higher price and smaller size difference. Lockaway has always been truthful and courteous to me and has NEVER lied about any price or size of the units.

The whole experience was great.
I received a reply back from my email within 4 hours. I was shocked. Most places I have tried to contact may get back to me 1-2 weeks later or never. I also received a phone call to my voice mail to follow up their email just in case there was an internet problem. Very thoughtful.
I have dealt with companies online and generally I usually end up swapping emails and that is as far as it would go. However, your company did not. I like the phone call as a follow up I am generally pretty busy so I don't have time to go searching through the Yellow Pages.
High Security
I rated the quality of service as excellent because you have all the safety requirements we needed. That way we know we have nothing to worry about. The management is also very good.
Affordable
I was able to rent a storage unit that was the size I needed at an affordable price.
Our old storage facility kept on raising the rent. Three major hikes in 22 months! We'd had enough. As we are moving to the Victorville area within the year we thought we might find a facility in this area with more reasonable rates that was also safe and clean; Lockaway Storage fit the order. So far so good. Thanks!!
Clean
Marcos responded promptly to our email and made several inquiries to make sure your facility would be adequate for what we needed. He was helpful, even gracious on the phone. On Wednesday, Anthony followed-up to see if he could help and see if we had made any decisions. I told him that we had not made a decision although we had inquired of three different companies but had seen only one facility. He invited us to come by and he would personally show us your facility. He said I would be impressed because it is a very clean operation and that the storage areas were climate controlled. I agreed to drop by the next day. As it turned out, I was in the area later on Wednesday and dropped in unannounced around 3:30. Anthony was out on an errand so I talked with Marcos. Marcos immediately recognized our names from the email and gave us a tour of the location. It was absolutely clean and even cool although the outside temperature that afternoon was near 90 degrees. I was impressed. I called my friend suggested she drop by on her way home from work and look. Within 30 minutes she was there and put down a deposit for a 15X13 space. We anticipate needing it for up to 12 months. Your service and your personnel have been terrific.
